Kayla Kendall is hands down the best provider I’ve ever seen! I started coming to North Idaho Med Spa for Semaglutide injections, I was so nervous to start because of things I had read online. Kayla was there to answer all of my questions (and there were lots!). I never felt pressured like she was trying to sell me on something, she genuinely cared about my well being and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I’m so glad I moved forward with her, I can’t wait to try some of their other treatments as well!

Got a hydra facial from Morgan. The facial & Morgan were fantastic! I got the hydra- facial -My skin felt amazing and I could notice a huge difference. I've been doing high dose Vit C ivs for a while here. I love the staff, the vip lounge, and their drips are 1/2 the time as my last place. I got a hydra facial yesterday & it was amazing! I can't wait to try all of their services!!

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is designed to target pigment and blood vessels in the skin. It’s excellent for treating sunspots, redness, broken capillaries, rosacea, uneven tone, and mild texture issues. It also stimulates collagen production, leading to gradual skin firming and brightening over time.
Most clients describe the sensation as a mild snap or warmth against the skin—similar to a light rubber band flick. It’s quick and very tolerable, and we can apply cooling gel to make the treatment even more comfortable if needed.
While you’ll likely see some improvement after just one session, a series of 3–4 treatments spaced 3–4 weeks apart typically delivers the best results. Some clients opt for occasional maintenance treatments to keep their glow long-term.
There’s very little downtime. You may experience mild redness for a few hours, and dark spots may temporarily darken and flake off over the course of 3–7 days. Most people can resume normal activities and wear makeup the next day.
IPL works best for fair to medium skin tones. Clients with darker skin tones may be at higher risk for pigmentation changes, so we’ll carefully assess your skin during your consultation and recommend the safest treatment plan.
IPL treats existing damage, but it doesn’t stop new spots or vessels from forming. That’s why sun protection is essential after treatment! With good skincare and sunscreen, your results can last months to years, and occasional maintenance sessions can keep your skin looking its best.
IPL can help reduce redness, inflammation, and post-acne pigmentation, but it’s not a treatment for active, cystic acne. However, for skin that has redness, scars, or stubborn marks from old breakouts, it’s an excellent choice.
