3. Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website in any way that causes damage, is unlawful, or harms us or any third party.

4. Product & Service Purchases

a. Transactions: All transactions for products and services on our website are facilitated through WooCommerce. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions in addition to ours.

b. Availability: All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to adjust, discontinue, or change a product or service at any time.

c. Refunds & Returns: Please review the following refund and return options. In order to initiate a refund or return, you will need to reach out to our office within the appropriate time frame and show proof of purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

  • Ineligible Customers: If you purchase a specific service and our physician determines that you are not able to safely receive that service, you can receive a complete refund or switch to a comparable service that you are eligible for. For example, if you purchase a Max Dose Semaglutide Membership and you are not eligible for semaglutide, you can choose to switch to a different Membership offering or we will refund you the full amount you paid.
  • Unused Memberships: You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any of our spa services. After 7 days, memberships are not refundable due to nonuse.
  • Unsatisfied Customers: You may be eligible for a partial refund within the first 14 days of purchase, as long as you request the refund in writing within 24 hours of your first service being performed. If approved, your refund will be equal to the amount you paid less the non-member cost of the service you received. If the cost of the service you received exceeds the cost of the membership, no refund will be issued but future membership payments will be terminated.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that our website or any content on it will be free from errors or omissions. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions.
